Panto For All Application - Cinderella 2025-26

This year University Concert Hall and Specsavers Limerick are offering registered charities and community groups who work with children and families the opportunity to apply for tickets to come join us for Cinderella, as part of our Panto For All Campaign.
If you work with such an organisation, and you wish to apply for tickets, all you need to do is fill in your details below, make sure you read the terms and conditions, and tell us why you'd like to come to the Panto!

11.Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to all charitable organisations within the Midwest of Ireland, covering Clare, Limerick, and Tipperary.

2. Group Size:
Each organisation will be awarded up to a maximum of 40 tickets.

3. Supervision:
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult (at least one adult for every 10 children).

4. Transport:
It is the responsibility of each group to organise their own transport to and from the event.

5. Pantomime Show Dates:
Tickets will be awarded for a show of UCH's choosing, which may include one of the following performances, subject to availability:

- Friday 2nd January 2026 @ 2pm (Relaxed Performance)

- Thursday 8th January 2026 @ 6.30pm

- Friday 9th January 2026 @ 10.00am

- Friday 9th January 2026 @ 6.30pm

6. Attendance and Punctuality:
Groups should arrive on time for their scheduled show and must adhere to the timings to ensure smooth operations.

7. Safety Compliance:
All participants must comply with safety regulations and guidelines as set by UCH.

8. Behaviour:
Groups are expected to ensure that children are supervised at all times.

9. Cancellations:
In case of cancellations, the organisation must notify the UCH Box Office on 061-331549 / support@uch.ie at least 24 hours in advance.

10. Liability:
The event organisers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents; it is advised that each group has its own insurance coverage.

11. Panel Decision:
The decision of the panel is final. Representatives from University Concert Hall, Specsavers, and an independent panel member will make the final decisions on beneficiaries.

12. No Exchange:
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value, or other UCH events.

13. Deadlines: Applications will close on Friday 24th October 2025.
Successful applicants will be notified by 14th November 2025.
