Challenges Delivering Care Post-Hurricane

Background: In the wake of recent hurricanes, home care providers have encountered severe challenges that impact care delivery, and which could have been mitigated or prevented with adequate inclusion in the state’s emergency response protocols. HCAOA believes the home care setting must be included and prioritized in emergency planning processes, and we need your help to bring the challenges you’ve faced to the state’s attention.
