The Serpentine’s Legal Lab explores how the law can better support collaborations across art, technology and science. Led by lawyer, curator and founder of Guest Work Agency, Alana Kushnir, the Legal Lab is a space for investigating legal issues and prototyping accessible legal solutions for the art field.
The Legal Lab's research is focused on identifying challenges in legal knowledge and resources. The aim of this survey is to map legal practices in collaborations across art and advanced technologies. The findings will be analysed and presented in a Research Report to be produced in collaboration with Amurabi, a legal innovation by design agency. The Research Report will be made public.

If you have experience in art + tech or art + science collaborations, we would appreciate you taking 12 minutes to complete the survey. You may choose to stay anonymous or be listed as a contributor in the Research Report.
