Disclaimer: Please know this is a very competitive program with a various AEC professionals applying. We take pairing very seriously to ensure each pair is matched appropriately and both the mentor and mentee leave with a great experience. There are times we are unable to pair due to the overwhelming number of applicants or because there were not enough applicants in a specific field/experience level to pair everyone.
