Welcome to the NAEYC ECE Workforce Survey: Summer Spotlight
This survey is for early childhood educators currently working in early learning programs across all settings—teachers, assistant teachers, coaches, specialists, program directors and administrators.
This brief survey is designed to complement the Winter 2026 ECE Workforce Survey. While the workforce survey explored a broad range of topics affecting the early childhood education workforce, this summer spotlight survey takes a closer look at educator and program experiences with navigating regulatory systems and requirements.
