The following policy is in place for all TMPAA events:
  • Cold Email Solicitation: One cold email solicitation will be permitted in the lead up to a meeting.
  • Phone Calls: Calls to schedule meetings at TMPAA events must originate from the individual who will be attending the event. Call center marketing to schedule appointments for company officials is prohibited.
  • Post-Event Emails: Emails after an event should be reserved for continuing communication with prospects you met during the event.
  • Compliance with CAN-SPAM Act: Emails must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act governing email communication. Requests to be removed from further email solicitation must be honored
