The goal of the Mystery Shopper Program is to gain vital information about our MWR facilities to better our programs and meet/exceed customer expectations. Mystery Shopper feedback is essential in meeting that goal. The Mystery Shopper Program assigns volunteer participants to specific facilities to ensure the products and services we are offering meet our standards as well as our customer’s expectations. Reimbursement varies depending on the facility that you’re assigned to.
