Global Disability Summit - Online Global Consultation with Civil Society |
Instructions
The International Disability Alliance (IDA) together with the BOND DDG, IDDC, UK DPOs and other partners, is organizing a Civil Society Forum (referred to as the Forum) on 23 July, one day prior to the Global Disability Summit, at Queen Elizabeth Park in London. The purpose of the Forum is to leverage the opportunity to amplify the perspectives and participation of persons with disabilities, through their individual participation and that of representative organizations (DPOs). It is also to to highlight current issues relevant to the global disability movement and realization of the CRPD, that will not specifically be addressed at the Summit.
This form is part of an online global consultation to inform the discussions at the Forum and capture what civil society sees as most important to inform the outcomes of the overall Summit. It will also inform the Statement IDA will share on behalf of Civil Society during the Opening of the Global Disability Summit day on 24 July.
This form may be completed by individuals who are associated with a civil society organization.
