GLS 2026 Video Response Survey |
Video Feedback
HopeWorx, Inc. in partnership with our youth suicide prevention grant collaborators, has created a series of short videos designed to support families navigating youth suicidality.
These videos feature parents and caregivers sharing their personal experiences, reflections, and insights from supporting young people through suicidal thoughts and behaviors, as well as stories from families who have experienced the death of a child by suicide.
We are looking to measure feedback from those who have watched the videos.
By participating in this research, you agree to share your opinions, thoughts, and feelings about video content related to youth suicidality. Your participation is voluntary. You may skip any question or stop participating at any time without penalty. Any identifying information you provide will not be attached to your responses and will not be shared unless required by law. Results from this survey may be used in publications and/or in presentations to community stakeholders related to this topic. Some video content may be upsetting. If you experience discomfort, you may stop the survey at any time. These videos include personal stories about youth suicidality and suicide loss. Please take care while viewing and consider what feels right for you today. You may choose to pause, stop, or return at another time.
