Thank you for taking part in the AIA’s 2016 Call for Issues. Your views will help the AIA develop its federal policy agenda for the next two years.

In past years, your ideas have enabled the AIA to advocate for common-sense policies that put architects to work designing better buildings and communities. You have helped the AIA lead the way in fighting for policies that promote sustainable design, help small firms thrive, and empower young architects to serve their communities. Now more than ever, we need your guidance to help the AIA advocate to Congress and the new Administration for policies that create a better built environment.

In 2014, more than 5,700 AIA members participated in the Call for Issues. This year the results will be used to develop the AIA Federal Agenda for the 115th Congress and the new Administration. In the coming weeks, the AIA will be surveying your thoughts on additional regulatory issues at all levels of government.
