This is an endurance challenge for People with Parkinson's (PWP). The goal is to set exercise milestones and work on achieving them throughout the year. This is NOT a race or competition. You are setting personal goals to increase your physical activity and therefore reduce the severity of your symptoms and teach yourself the skills improve your quality of life.

We have limited equipment available and will try to provide each participant with their most desired cardio exercise. 2 of these exercises can be done outside along Lake Washington's pedestrian way. If you choose to be outside you will have limited safety support, need to navigate the public space and provide your own equipment.
