The big moments may be the highlights of our personal stories, but life is really defined and created in the little things we do every day. Some of our daily activities make us feel better, and some of them make us feel worse. In this study, we aim to learn about the daily habits and practices that make people feel better, how often they practice those activities, and how they relate to their life satisfaction. 

Our goal is to collect at least 10,000 responses, analyze them and share the insights broadly to help us all identify the little ways we can make our lives better and more meaningful one minute at a time.
