To support members, LeadingAge Ohio is exploring sponsoring a Multiple Employer Plan (MEP). A LeadingAge Ohio sponsored MEP could help members by reducing the compliance and fiduciary burdens on individual employers and introducing economies of scale that lower fees and improve investment options. It can also help reduce the barriers for employers who wish to offer a retirement plan but haven't done so.
