The Greater Boston region is home to the world’s top-ranking hospitals and the largest cluster of life sciences and biotech companies. It is undisputedly the global hub for healthcare and life sciences. Its status as the center for innovation in technology, healthcare, research, and academia continues to draw people from all ethnicities and all points of the globe. Despite the richness and influence of the industry’s diversity, there is a perception that this diversity does not exist in the C-Suites.
