21st CCLC Letter of Intent 2026-2027

The Letter of Intent must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., on Monday, May 4, 2026. Prior to completing the Letter of Intent, please review the Oklahoma 21st CCLC Grant Guidance thoroughly to confirm your eligibility and ensure your proposed intent aligns with the purpose of the funds.

Applicants are limited to serve students from up to two (2) site codes as identified by the Oklahoma Public School Site Directory. However, applicants may apply to serve the entire district, if they have three (3) site codes AND district wide enrollment is less than 300 students. List the school sites you are proposing to serve.

8.Purpose of the Project

Briefly describe the intended purpose/focus of your grant application, including any specific issues in your community that you plan to address.
9.Project Cost

Please enter the estimated annual funding you are requesting. (Grant awards are from $50,000 to $300,000 per year.) When estimating your annual funding keep in mind that requests should be reasonable in comparison to the amount of students you will be serving.
10.Using insights from your needs assessment and parent surveys, provide a rationale for your projected average daily attendance. This projection will be required again in the full application, where it will be used to establish program goals and measure accountability.
11.Advisory Committee

Please provide a list of Advisory Committee members and the organizations they represent. An Advisory Committee is required to be engaged in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the grant.
12.Partnerships

The 21st CCLC grant requires applicants to demonstrate community partnerships. Please briefly describe both new and existing partnerships. Note that partnerships are not vendor relationships; services should be provided at no cost.

For community-based organizations, please identify the school(s) you plan to serve and any other community-based organizations you plan to partner with for services.
13.Primary Partner Contact Information 

Enter the contact information for your primary partner. If you are a community-based or faith-based organization, this will be the contact information for the school you are planning to partner with on the grant. Please note that we may contact your primary partner during this process.
14.Consultation with both local tribes and private schools in your area is a requirement of the 21st CCLC grant process. Please describe specific programmatic plans to support Native American students and students attending private schools. If you have not yet reached out, please move to the next question.
