Biathlon 4 All - Children

22%
We are working on the evaluation of the effects and outcomes of the Biathlon 4 All (B4A) project as a part of our work under the IBU Mentorship Programme. Collected data will help us to make suggestions to the B4A Project Coordinator.

The B4A project was launched in 2023 and aims to promote Olympic Biathlon and Para Biathlon through the use of laser / optical rifles in various settings and activities (try-outs, trainings, competitions, challenges, master classes, exhibitions, etc.). This project forms part of a larger IBU Target 2030 Strategy and is executed in partnership with National Federations. More information is available on the project website here.

This survey is aimed at children who are 12 years old or younger. It is set up to explore the involvement of children in biathlon, their perception of the sport and possible motivations. The survey can be completed with parental consent and with the help of adults (if needed).

The estimated completion time is 10 minutes.

The deadline for completing the survey is 28 February 2026.

This survey is anonymous, and the data will be used for the project's objectives only.
