Community Survey - Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy Services

We want to hear from our community as we plan for the new and expanded Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy.

Background:
In May, 2023, Nehalem Bay Health District voters approved a $10.25 million bond measure that will help fund a new facility for Nehalem Bay Health Center (formerly Rinehart Clinic), as well as updates and renovations to the Nehalem Valley Care Center and site preparation for additional updates on the Nehalem Bay Health District Campus. To learn more about the Health District’s plans, please visit https://www.nehalembayhd.org/.

Nehalem Bay Health Center is an independent non-profit Community Health Center that currently rents its building from Nehalem Bay Health District, and this relationship will continue at the new facility.

New Facility Location: The new Nehalem Bay Health Center will be built on property owned by the Nehalem Bay Health District on the southeast corner of U.S. 101 and Hospital Road in Wheeler, Oregon (just south of Wheeler City Hall).

Services Planned: All the services currently offered by Nehalem Bay Health Center and Pharmacy will continue at the new facility, and some new services are planned. Through collaborative partnerships, we hope to have specialists available intermittently at the health center.

We would like to hear from you which services you might use at the new facility and which additional new services you would like to see.
1.Which of the following services would you use at the new facility? (Please check all that apply.)
2.What additional services would you like us to offer? Please let us know what other services you would like to see at the new facility and how often you might use them
3.What is your age range?
4.Do you have any other suggestions for Nehalem Bay Health Center or the Nehalem Bay Health District as we plan for our new facility?
