The Town of Innisfil is dedicated to supporting an innovation-enabled economy. Through the DMZ Innisfil program, delivered in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University, local entrepreneurs have access to a range of supports including incubator and accelerator program, mentorship, peer-to-peer networking and DMZ Innisfil All Access educational events and workshops.

In order to better serve entrepreneurs in our region, the Town of Innisfil, in partnership with the County of Simcoe, Georgian College Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre and Sandbox Centre, are undertaking an exercise to map the various steps an entrepreneur may take to build a business on their journey from business concept to final exit. In essence, we’re mapping the entrepreneurial journey.

There are a number of programs through which support is provided to entrepreneurs along the way. Through this exercise we’re also looking to identify potential gaps in servicing that we can address and build on to serve you better.
