Queensland Treasurer, Cameron Dick, handed down the latest budget today. The budget, which covers key financial measures for the next four years, has a large focus on upskilling our workforce while attempting to bring Queensland back to a budget surplus by 2025.
CCIQ's General Manager of Policy and Advocacy, Amanda Rohan, was one of the first to review today's budget papers.
"Today's budget was one for skills and jobs, however, we acknowledge that some opportunities have been missed to harness confidence and accelerate business growth," she said.
