COVID-19 | Updates for Operating Child Care Programs

Early Childhood Educators:

We appreciate all you are doing for your families and communities during this time of need! In an effort to effectively serve families, including medical personnel and first responders who are looking for child care, we are requesting updated information from all programs choosing to operate in any capacity at this time. 

If you are closing your program, be sure to fill out the Notice of Closure Form from DHSS- SCCR at https://stateofmissouri.wufoo.com/forms/mywss7r0qr9z88/.

If you are choosing to remain open in any capacity, please answer the questions within this survey.  Contact us at referralcenter@mo.childcareaware.org with any additional questions or updates.
