Physical Disability Australia (PDA) is making a submission to the Joint Parliamentary Committee on the NDIS's General Issues inquiry and we'd like to know what what NDIS issues our members and other NDIS participants think needs to change in the way the NDIS works.

Completing this survey should take no more than 10 minutes.

What privacy safeguards are in place to protect personal information?

All the collected information will only be used to provide statistics on NDIS concern areas and anonymous comments about those concern areas.

Information about you will not be shared with any other 3rd party under any circumstances except as required by law, and all data will be deleted once our work has been completed.
