SCORING ASSETS, EXPERIENCES & EVENT IDEAS

The following ideas where captured from the Disused and Underutilised Asset GROW Glen Innes THINK TANK.  
 
The next step is to score the ideas against a set criteria that is linked to the Economic Development Strategy and the Destination Management Plan for Glen Innes Highlands.
 
The criteria to score is split into three (3) categories:
 
1. Strengthening Livability for our Community across the areas of:
  • Improving Health Services
  • Improving Educational Services & Opportunities
  • Reducing Cost of Living
  • Improving Amenity (Parks, Sport, Culture)
  • Improving Connection to Community
  • Improving Lifestyle & Opportunity
2. Contribution to the GeoRegion and GeoTourism Development through enagement with:
  • Abiotic - landscape and geology
  • Biotic - flora and fauna
  • Local culture and heritage

3. Local community benefit and visitor attraction - does the idea do both?
