Guardianship Improvement Grant - Public Survey

The Alaska Court System’s guardianship improvement grant (awarded in September 2021 by the Administration for Community Living) is drawing to a close. Its three key objectives are:

1. Enhance proficiency of the court and all guardianship participants.
2. Strengthen monitoring—especially of financial matters and identification of less restrictive options.
3. Deliver equitable, statewide customer assistance.

Your insights are vital to assess outcomes and guide future efforts. This survey will remain up through 9/12/25.
