Participating in this survey is voluntary. Your participation will remain anonymous, and the information gathered will be used only for the purpose of improving services at the Metropolitan Library System. No information will be shared with or sold to outside organizations. 

All questions in this survey refer to the use of physical titles (books, DVDs, CDs, Playaway devices, etc.) borrowed at libraries in the Metropolitan Library System. 
1.Are you aware that this past July, Metro Library increased the number of titles you could check out, the number of holds you could place on titles, the length of time you could borrow a title, and the number of times you could renew a checked out title?(Required.)
2.Please rate how much you like each of the following lending limits:
