Professionals experience of Dynamic Support Registers (DSR) Survey

Bild is working with the Health and Wellbeing Alliance to find out about people’s experience of Dynamic Support Registers (DSRs). The aim is to support improvement of current DSR practice.

We previously completed a survey to gain feedback from people with lived experience of DSRs. This survey is for professionals working in health and social care, and asks about your experiences of DSRs in your place of work. Please answer based on the use of DSR in your current professional role.
