In preparation for the NC General Assembly's 2019 legislative session, we are seeking input from our members to help prioritize our public policy and advocacy agenda.  Using NAMI NC's 2018-2022 Policy & Legislative Priorities as a framework, identify services and care needs that can help improve outcomes for persons living with mental illness in our state.  We know that the mental health service needs in our state are vast.  However,  in order to advocate effectively, it is important that we prioritize the focus of our advocacy efforts.  At the end of the survey, there is a "Additional Comments" section which will allow you to provide additional feedback and recommendations.  The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Please complete this brief survey on or before Friday, December 14, 2018.  Thank you for your input! The results will be shared with the Public Policy Committee and the NAMI NC Board in making our final agenda for the 2019 legislative session.

In next section, rank order your preferences – 1 is most important, 5 is least important. YOU CAN ONLY CHOOSE YOUR TOP 5.  SO IF YOU RANK 1 ISSUE OR PRIORITY A "5," ANOTHER ISSUE OR PRIORITY CAN NOT BE RANKED "5".  You may add additional services or priorities in comment sections  provided.
