Application, Cancellation and Refund policy
  1. Exhibitor applications will remain open until 5pm on Friday 30 April 2021 and Green Heart City Smart Pty Ltd (CitySmart) is not obligated to accept applications after this time.
  2. If CitySmart is to cancel the event due to COVID-19 restrictions, your exhibitor fee will be transferred to the next occurring Green Heart Fair.
  3. You can pay the exhibitor fee immediately on application.  Alternatively, you can opt to receive an invoice for the applicable Exhibitor fee within 7 business days of your application.  The Exhibitor fee must be paid in full to CitySmart in order to have your application finalised.
  4. Where you cancel your attendance at the event, your Exhibitor fee will be fully refunded provided that CitySmart receives a cancelation notice in writing from you on, or before, Friday 30 April 2021. If you cancel after 30 April 2021, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  5. Where CitySmart cancels the event for any reason prior to, or on, 30 April 2021, your Exhibitor fee will be fully refunded.  Where CitySmart is forced to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control (such as adverse weather) after the 30 April 2021, your Exhibitor fee will not be refunded.   
  6. All applications are subject to CitySmart’s review and final approval and CitySmart reserves the right to refuse any applications that it considers do not fit with the purpose, guidelines and spirit of the event.
  7. CitySmart does not allow participation by exhibitors that it considers (in its absolute discretion): (a) do not align with the spirit and intent of the event; (b) are affiliated with a political organisation or involved in political processes, campaigning or lobbying; (c) primarily sell single-use products; or (d) are unwilling, or unlikely to be able to, comply with the events’ sustainability, or safety guidelines and procedures.
