Before submitting your plan, we encourage all organizations to complete a self-assessment.

A PDF of the online form is available to help you draft your plan prior to beginning your online submission. We strongly encourage you to draft your plan in a separate document then cut and paste it into the online form.

A final copy of your plan will be emailed to you in the form of a PDF and to the offices of New Jersey State Council on the Arts. If we have any questions you will be contacted. All plans will be reviewed in March, 2020.
