In response to the Resident Council's Survey of January 2021, many residents expressed concerns about the state of GHBC's technology services and support. As a result, residents and GHI management are looking at opportunities to improve and expand GHBC's capabilities. To do this, we need to determine what devices residents currently have and use and what services they might want in the future including assistance and instruction

We would like to hear from every resident in GHBC. Please fill out the attached questionnaire. Respond even if you do not use anything other than your GHBC telephone.

Note: There is one questionnaire for each apartment. If there are two residents in your apartment, answers for your apartment should include input from both residents.

If you are able to do so, we ask you to respond by using Survey Monkey. This will help with tabulation. If you have questions about the survey, there will be IT Census Committee members in the Rotunda to answer questions and to help you complete the questionnaire, starting on Saturday, May 1 through Friday, May 7 from 4:30-5:30 PM. You may also contact Ron Karpick, X7399, lungone@msn.com. If you need to complete a paper copy of the questionnaire, come to the Rotunda to see the IT helpers.
