Garden Grove 2019 Bargaining Survey

Our contract expires on September 30, 2019 and we are preparing for negotiations now.

The Bargaining Team (BT) will use your survey answers as a guide in developing proposals for negotiations. Every RN needs to fill out the survey to ensure your voice is heard.

Please rate the following issues on a scale of 1 to 4. It is important that you make distinctions between items. If you respond “extremely important” to every question, we will not know what issues are relatively more important to you. Please reserve “extremely important” for those items which are truly extremely important – this will give those responses more weight.
