Girlguiding Celebrates 2027 Nominations Survey

Please complete this form by Monday 4 January to nominate your unsung hero for a ticket to attend Girlguiding Celebrates 2027. If you have any issues or questions, please contact events@girlguiding.org.uk.

Rules:

Must be an active member of Girlguiding (e.g. unit leaders, helpers, administrators, trainers)
Cannot be a close family relative (e.g. no parent/child/spouse relations)
Must be a member who holds a volunteer role (e.g. young leader not a Guide/Ranger)
You can make more than one application, however it’s not guaranteed that multiple applications from an individual will all be successful.

If you don't know all the information about the person your putting forward (e.g. membership number, nominee county), please try to fill in the rest of the form to the best of your knowledge.
