AZBSN would like to invite you to participate in its Covid-19 Task Force Subcommittee Mobilization effort.  The estimated time burden for this survey is 10 minutes.  We would ask you to fill out the survey prior to Friday, 17 April at 5:00 pm, Arizona Time.  The survey results will be shared during the Monday, 20 April 7:30 am meeting.  Thank you for your time and commitment to this effort.
