Survey Introduction

Golden Gate Ferry is in the early stages of the design phase for a new high speed passenger vessel, and we are seeking input from our customers to assist us with some of the design considerations and decisions. Please take 5 minutes to answer the following questions.

I like the high back seats with a head rest.

I prefer the lower backed seats, the tall seats make the ferry feel cramped

I like the standing height counters and stools

No preference as long as I can sit somewhere

3. Bike accommodations on existing Larkspur-SF boats are…

Adequate

Need more/better bike racks

Need more bike capacity boats, it’s okay if bikes touch each other

Please remove some seats to make room for more bike spaces. I accept that that people may sometimes have to stand without a seat

Very important – I want a new vessel to be quieter than the existing vessels

Somewhat important – I want to be able to converse with people easily. Existing vessels are acceptable
