3-Minute Survey: Understanding Experiences of Online Abuse in the 'Digital Workplace'

Hi everyone,

Our names are Hannah Klose and Nakshathra Suresh, and we are keen to share with you an important initiative we are working on to tackle online abuse and harassment within digital workplace settings.

In the digital age, the rise of remote and hybrid work has brought with it a new set of challenges, particularly concerning the perpetration of online bullying and harassment through work-based platforms, including Slack, Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook and more.

For the purposes of this survey, we define online bullying and harassment as:

"harmful behaviour perpetrated through technology, including name-calling, threats, sharing private content without consent, spreading false information and any other online conduct causing emotional, psychological, or reputational harm."

Please complete this 3-minute survey by Friday 1st March 2024 and reach out to us on LinkedIn or at: info@eiris.co for any queries.

Note that your personal information will not be shared and your responses will be de-identified.
