Dear Parent and/or Guardian
The Durham Catholic District School Board is conducting a child care needs assessment survey for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. To assist us in our future planning, we ask that you complete the following survey.
Please Note: Your personal information will be shared with the child care partners to determine space allocation and to assist with child care registration.
Fees:
Third Party Child Care Fees range from $20.50 to $24.00 per day. Please note that fees may be subject to change.
