If it’s ok with you, id really like to just have a chat about your experience within the hospital or anything you’d like to tell me about with regards your time here. I can’t promise to change things in any way for you but I will listen, which will help me to understand what is actually happening within the hospital. I want to hear about patients and carers experiences to inform my work as a consumer representative ensuring the patients and carers voices are heard and can influence the way we do our work on a day to day basis.
