Help us improve My Skills...

The Australian Government wants to increase the value RTOs receive from My Skills. As the national consumer directory of Vocational Education and Training (VET), My Skills helps potential students to identify RTOs delivering the education & training they need. We are looking to identify improvements about the way we collect and update information about your RTO on My Skills, as well as identifying areas we can add value to your organisation. This survey should only take about 3-4 minutes to complete.
1.In improving My Skills we have engaged a design agency named Mentally Friendly to conduct one-on-one interviews with RTO users. Participation in this user testing study is voluntary, confidential and will be conducted over the next 10 weeks (either by phone or in-person):

Your personal information, including the contact details you provide in this survey, may be used by research and development agencies contracted by the department to contact you to help improve the My Skills website.
