Let us know whether Frome Medical Practice's new appointments system works well or needs to change.

Frome Medical Practice, whose GPs serve most residents of Frome and surrounding villages, made changes to their appointments system and walk-in clinic in November 2017 (see here). Since then, we have heard that some people have had problems getting an appointment to see their GP. As access to primary health care is so important, we are doing an initial survey to find out more. If the survey identifies substantial problems, we will share our findings and seek a meeting with FMP and Frome Town Council to try and secure any necessary improvements. Individual responses will be kept completely confidential. This survey is wholly unconnected to Frome Medical Practice. Thank you for your help, Cllr Adam Boyden and Drew Gardner, Frome Liberal Democrats.
