New Year resolutions can be hard to stick to.
On average, only about 10% of people keep their New Year's resolutions.
This year the Wellness Committee wants to help you achieve yours!
Setting up your resolution using the SMART goal method can set you up for success.
Here is an example of a SMART goal for running a marathon:
- Specific: I’d like to start training every day to run a marathon.
- Measurable: I will use an app to track my training progress
- Attainable: I run daily, so I have a solid base-fitness level.
- Relevant: I value my health and this goal will help me sustain that.
- Time-bound: The marathon is 11/4, so I need to be ready by then.
