Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your perspectives and experiences.

This survey is being distributed throughout Erie County to gain input into many of the critical issues facing our community. Your insights and experiences will be invaluable as we begin to prioritize issues and seek better solutions for addressing our community's most pressing needs. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Every response matters! Your responses are completely confidential - there will be no way to identify responses with any individual.
