Global Alliance: Meetings time preferences and Agreement to Co-operate signatry

 

At the Full Global Alliance meeting on May 23, 2018 we agreed to a quick survey in order to establish: 

1. The best day for the full Global Alliance meeting each month

2. The availability of Alliance participating organisation point people for a face-to-face meeting in New York around the ECOSOC and HLPF meetings.

3. Details of the person in your organisation who should be the recipient of the email from UNICEF with the Agreement to Cooperate document and who will sign that document. Please include names and people to cc also.

3.The Full Alliance meeting will take place in the 3rd week of every month. The time will be 10am on the East Coast of USA. The call will be for 90 minutes. Which days in the week will you be able to commit to this regular conference call? (Please select as many as you wish. Of course only one will be selected.)(Required.)
4.As per the discussions in the Global Alliance meetings, planning is underway for both (a) a policy engagement process and (b) a possible face-to-face meeting of the Global Alliance around the ECOSOC and HLPF meetings in New York, 9th to 18th July, 2018. In order to assist our planning for these events could you please provide the following information about your possible availability. (NB - No commitment is asked for at this stage. We are just trying to look at the possibilities).

Is there any possibility that you could be in New York for some or all of the period 8th to 19th July, 2018.(Required.)
5.If your answer to Q4 above is "Yes" or "Unsure" can you please select below the dates that you could be available (again, no commitments - just trying to get a feel for possibilities)
6.The Programme Director in UNICEF New York will soon be sending the formal "Agreement to Cooperate" document for signature. In order to facilitate that process can we please ask you to provide information on who should receive that communication and sign the agreement.(Required.)
