1.Are you a solicitor, administrative staff member, or an accounts/finance employee of the CSO
2.Are you employed on a full-time basis, part-time basis, temporary basis or an agency contract?
3.How much additional time for tasks have you had following the introduction of Elite compared to the former system?
4.Does the elite system provide all the functionality you need to do your job?
5.Have you had enough training?
6.What is lacking in the training?
7.How do you rate the support given by management in relation to elite?
8.Do you consider Elite to be better than the former system?
9.Are there integrity issues with the data in elite?
10.To what extent do you think that concerns raised about the system are being taken seriously by management?

13.Would you benefit from having tasks being able to be accessed by others (such as certain trained experts) even if they are in an Action List? (At the moment if it is in an Action List, it cannot be actioned even if that person is on leave or cannot access the task for another reason.  A special request needs to be made through DTS to transfer the task to another person).
14.Were we given an opportunity to test Elite properly before it rolled out?
15.Were we given an opportunity to provide feedback on the system for improvement before it was rolled out?
16.Have issues you have raised with the system been resolved?
17.Were perceived problems or issues raised during the Elite “drop in” sessions or DTS requests, and such feedback, result in any overall improvement to Elite (rather than just addressing that particular instance)?
