HEALTHCARE ACCESS in GEORGIA

Accessing healthcare is a critical need during this time of COVID-19 - especially for Georgians who do not have their own transportation and use Medicaid transportation or may need to use telehealth because of physical distancing restrictions.

This survey will help us understand your experience with accessing your medical appointments. We will use this information to address access to healthcare through improved policies and services.
