NPGA is collecting feedback from members on the potential impact of OSHA's proposal "COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard".  The proposal serves two functions: it formally promulgates the Emergency Temporary Standard published on November 5th, and the proposal solicits feedback on possibly expanding some provisions of the ETS to businesses with less than 100 employees.

We ask for your responses to the below questions as applicable to your business and employees.

NPGA will aggregate the information received to shape our response to the proposal. Any information presented to OSHA will represent overall industry information; not any individual company.
