Welcome!

This is a warm invitation for you to express how mindfulness has helped you in your work life!

Why?  I'm blessed to create a course for The Great Courses Plus (soon rebranding as 'Wondrium') and Audible.com about the benefits of practicing mindfulness at work.  I'm collecting stories from around the world about how mindfulness has helped you personally and/or improved your workplace.  This is an opportunity for you to reflect on the value of your own mindfulness practice at work and share it with others  :)

Who can contribute?   If you practice mindfulness and/or mindfulness meditation during your work day, whether personally or with a group, whether privately or observable by others, whether a paid or volunteer job, I would love to hear from you.

How will your information be used?   No personally identifying information or names will be used.  I may select your story to include in the course and/or I may show aggregated data based on the responses I receive.

Who is Wendy Quan?  I'm the founder of The Calm Monkey, which trains & certifies mindfulness facilitators for the workplace, and helps organizations implement respected, grassroots mindfulness programs.  I'm the pioneer in this field and started The Calm Monkey in 2014, and offering mindfulness in the workplace in 2011.

OK!  Let's begin!

Please answer at least the first 4 questions, the others are encouraged but completely optional.
Remember, the focus of these questions is mindfulness in your work life.

Thank you so much!
