HS Social Norms Survey

Informed Consent 

Please help us improve partner violence and sexual assault prevention education on Idaho high school campuses by completing a brief survey. 

Your participation is completely voluntary and your answers will be anonymous.

Completing the survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time. You do not have to answer any question or part of a question that you do not wish to answer or that makes you uncomfortable.  You may discontinue completing the survey at any time if you wish.

Your answers will go directly to the research team of RB Performance Consulting and will not be viewed by anyone at your high school.
