We appreciate you taking the time to submit your request for enrollment form and joining us for another school year.
PLEASE NOTE, once you click SUBMIT FORM on the last page, your form has been successfully received by our Registration department.
We will begin the re-registration process for our returning/current families once we have successfully collected all responses after the deadline date.
** PLEASE NOTE, PART TIME SCHEDULES (LESS THAN 5 DAYS PER WEEK) MAY NOT BE ACCOMMODATED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AS PER YORK REGION PUBLIC HEALTH.
Once you have submitted your request form, you do not need to do anything else until we email you your registration package. Once we do email you your registration package, kindly ensure that you follow all instructions and ensure you submit it by the deadline date we provide you.
