Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) and Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Local Authorities are seeking feedback on Children’s Community Health Services in BNSSG. We want to understand what is working well and opportunities to improve the experiences and outcomes for children and young people in BNSSG.
We are inviting professionals from a range of backgrounds, including those who deliver community health services and those who work with or support children and young people in other settings, to share their experiences and views by completing a short survey, which will take around 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is important and will help shape how healthcare needs of children and young people are met in the community in the future.
The questions are optional, please share whatever level of detail you feel is appropriate. What matters most is hearing your views.
This survey is being run by the NHS BNSSG ICB. The answers you give will be treated confidentially and your data will be held in line with the
NHS BNSSG ICB privacy policy. The overall results of the survey will be shared in a report and while this may quote responses given in this survey, it will not include any identifiable information that will allow people to understand where they have come from.
The survey will close at 5pm on Friday 6th February.
