Department of Indigenous Cancer Health - Strategic Plan Kickoff Survey

Purpose: This anonymous survey is designed to gather your perspective on the Department's current strengths, challenges, and priorities. Responses will identify themes for follow-up in individual interviews and facilitated group sessions, directly informing the Department's Strategic Plan.
