IACES Leadership Nominations

Hello IACES Members!

The Idaho Association for Counselor Education and Supervision's Executive Board would like to announce we are currently seeking nominations for our elected positions.  The open positions are: 

The President-Elect shall perform such duties as may be directed by the Governing Board. In the event that the President should not complete his/her full term for any reason, the President-Elect shall succeed to the unexpired remainder thereof and continue through his/her term.

We are also seeking leadership and service in the following Committees:

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE:
The membership committee will monitor membership, maintain membership lists and contact information, and identify strategies for promoting membership within the division.
BYLAWS & ETHICS COMMITTEE: Review the Bylaws of this Association annually and make recommendations concerning revisions to the Governing Board; make available copies of the Bylaws to members; to assist the Governing Board, the Executive Council and the membership in following the Bylaws. Ethics Committee reviews the ethics of this Association annually and notify of deviations as specified elsewhere in this document; assist the membership in understanding the Association's Ethical Standards

Prepare and submit election ballot to the membership in February of each year.

ADVOCACY & OUTREACH COMMITTEE
To survey membership and respond to needs of IACES members through trainings, and resources.

PROFESSIONAL AWARDS COMMITTEE
To recognize the achievements of counselor educators and supervisors.
